My name is Jen a fellow Windows 10 user and an Independent Counselor. Allow me help you with your business. Hither are some troubleshooting steps that you can exercise:

one. Rename Software Distribution folder
- Click the Start button and blazon cmd
- Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Ambassador
- Type the post-obit commands one at a time. Press Enter after each command
net end $.25
cyberspace stop wuauserv
ren %systemroot%\softwaredistribution softwaredistribution.bak
ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
net start $.25
net starting time wuauserv
- Close the command prompt later running the command and restart the figurer

ii. Repair hard drive error
- Open up Command Prompt Admin again
- Type the following command and press Enter
chkdsk/f C:
- Restart the computer after
- Note the fault message if y'all'll get any

iii. Run System file checker tool

four. Practise a Repair Upgrade

five. Make clean Install Windows

If all the to a higher place troubleshooting won't work, there'southward a possibility that information technology's a hardware issue. Contact the figurer manufacturer for hardware troubleshooting.

everytime when I put in this control in cmd information technology say access denied assistance please :

ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak

I accept the aforementioned problem. The service Cryptographic Services and perhaps others block the admission.

I'd utilize this third party tool to unblock windows updates and it worked

boot the windows into safemode, and so accept the buying of that particular binder, afterwards rename information technology

 or

go to recovery environment by booting with windows dvd, so rename that binder
